Joiner / Craftsman
We are looking for an experienced cabinet maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality custom cabinetry and furniture.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture and install custom cabinetry and furniture based on design specifications
Operate woodworking machines and hand tools competently
Interpret plans and cutting lists accurately
Work efficiently
Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures.
Ensure that all work meets the required specifications and quality standards
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in cabinet making
Proficient in the use of woodworking machines and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
Qualification in joinery or cabinet making
NZ drivers licence

Joinery Detailer
As a joinery detailer you will play a crucial role in our organisation , working closely with our design and production teams to create accurate and comprehensive detailed drawings for our joinery projects. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to translate design concepts into precise specifications will be essential in ensuring the successful executions of projects
Responsibilities:
Interpret design plans and specifications to create detailed joinery drawings and layouts.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Utilise CAD sftware and other relevant tools to produce accurate detailed drawings.
Conduct thorough quality checks on drawings and ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Provide timely revisions and modifications to drawings based on feedback and changes to project scope.
Liase with production team to facilitate the seamless transition from design to production.
Accurately site measure , order materials, template .
Maintain organised documentation and records of all drawings and revisions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a joinery detailer, or similar role within the joinery or woodworking industry.
Proficiency in CAD software e.g Cabinet vision and other relevant design tools.
Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials and industry standards.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to mange multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.
